How we make remote work successful for everyone
Core Working Hours
While we embrace flexibility, we maintain a 4-hour overlap window for team collaboration. This ensures teams can meet, collaborate, and maintain strong connections regardless of time zones.
Outside of core hours, you're free to structure your day in a way that maximizes your productivity and well-being.
Communication
Asynchronous communication is our default. We document decisions, use clear written communication, and respect each other's focus time.
Response times are reasonable but not immediate—we understand that deep work requires uninterrupted time.
Equipment & Setup
Codikt provides a stipend for home office setup, ensuring all team members have the equipment they need to work comfortably and efficiently.
We also offer guidance on ergonomics and setting up a productive workspace.
