Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Codikt's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not use our services.
2. Services Description
Codikt provides web development, mobile application development, and browser extension development services. We design, develop, and maintain digital solutions tailored to our clients' specific requirements. The exact scope of services for each client is detailed in individual agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Codikt retains ownership of all proprietary rights in the service and in all trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and domain names associated with the service.
- Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the delivered work products for their intended purpose.
- Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in materials provided to Codikt for the purpose of delivering services.
4. User Obligations
Users of our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when interacting with us
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our services
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due according to the terms specified in individual client agreements. We may suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are the client's responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
Codikt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, clients must pay for all services delivered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
